Automatic forwarding

Forward your bookings automatically from Outlook

Create one rule in Outlook: every booking confirmation you receive goes to FlightLog on its own, and your flights wait in your logbook, ready to add.

1

Copy your FlightLog address

In FlightLog, tap the scan button, then Email, and copy your personal address.

2

Open the rules in Outlook

On a computer, open outlook.com, click the gear icon, then Mail, then Rules, and click Add new rule.

3

Choose which emails to forward

Name the rule FlightLog. As the condition, choose Subject includes and add the words below, one at a time.

4

Send them to FlightLog

As the action, choose Redirect to and paste your FlightLog address, then click Save.

Words to add

  • Outlook applies a rule only to emails received after you create it. For bookings you already have, forward them by hand once.
  • If an email contains no flight, nothing is added to your logbook.
  • To stop, delete the rule in Outlook settings.

Your privacy

We read the email only to find your flights, then delete it. Your name and booking reference are never kept.
